## Terms of Use

### Not medical advice

Glipath is a tracking and educational companion. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and never recommends a dose or a change to one. Information in the app — including the estimated medication-level curve, which is an estimate from published pharmacokinetics and not a measurement — is for informational purposes only. Always follow your prescription label and consult your healthcare provider.

### Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of what you log and for all decisions about your medication and health. If something in the app ever conflicts with your provider's instructions or your prescription label, the label and your provider win — every time.

### Subscriptions

Optional paid features are billed through your Apple account and governed by Apple's terms; manage or cancel in your App Store subscription settings.

### Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break, probe, or overload the service, and don't use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend access that harms the service or other users.

### Warranty & liability

The app and site are provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glipath is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app or site.
